Cookies we set

• Authentication — if you sign in, Supabase sets cookies to keep you signed in. These are strictly necessary and set only when you sign in.
• Consent memory — your choice on the cookie banner is stored in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.

Analytics

If — and only if — you accept the banner, we load Plausible Analytics. Plausible is a privacy-first, EU-hosted service that uses no cookies and stores no personal data; we see aggregate counts like “how many people viewed this listing”. Decline and nothing loads at all.

Third parties

Map tiles are served by MapTiler and payments by Stripe; Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages (not on ours).
