Ingredients
- 225g butter
- 200g self-raising flour
- 225g caster sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3 lemons-3 zested- 2 juiced

i like this cake because it only takes abut 20 mins to make but 50 mins in the oven its rereshing and i love the texture i haemade this recipe about 3-4 times now and it is one ofmy favorites!

Method
mix the butter and sugar together until fluffy and white, add the eggs- don't worry if it currdles, add the zested lemons save some for decoration and 3/4 of the juiced lemons add the flour to make a dough like mixture add the baking powder and put in the tin-up to 50mins or cup cake casses - 15 mins- 160c.More information
