My boys love fairy cakes!

Method

Cream the butter and sugar together. Then add half the flour and 1 egg.
Mix together.
Then add the other egg and remaining flour and mix again.
Place 1.5 teaspoons of mix in each of the individual cake cases and bake (180 degrees, gas mark 4)!
