- 125 g cracker crumbs
- 75 g packed brown sugar
- 1 g ground cinnamon
- 75 g butter, melted
- 448 g cream cheese
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 475 ml heavy whipping cream
- 65 g white sugar
- 595 g cherry pie filling

Method
In a small bowl, stir together the cracker crumbs, brown sugar and cinnamon.Add melted butter and mix well.
Press into the bottom of an 8 or 10 inch pan. Chill until firm.
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and lemon juice until soft.
Add whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer until batter becomes thick.
Add the sugar and continue to beat until stiff.
Pour into chilled crust, and top with pie filling.
Add cherries to the top
Chill several hours or overnight and serve to impressed guests!!
